Caitlyn Raquet, LCSW

Therapist

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with a deep passion for supporting women through the transformative journey of pregnancy, motherhood, and beyond. I specialize in perinatal mental health, pregnancy wellness, identity changes, relationship challenges, postpartum anxiety and depression, and the transition into parenthood. My approach emphasizes compassion, connection, and empowerment—helping women feel seen, supported, and understood during one of life’s most profound shifts.

As both a clinician and a mother, I understand firsthand how rewarding yet complex this season of life can be. My own transition into motherhood strengthened my dedication to advocating for maternal mental health and guiding women in finding balance, confidence, and renewed identity.

Before entering private practice, I spent eight years as a school social worker in the K–12 system, supporting children and adolescents with Autism, ADHD, ODD, Emotional Disabilities, and Learning Differences. I later transitioned to higher education, working with emerging adults navigating academic stress, parenting during college, Title IX cases, and other life transitions.

I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Brief Treatment, Solution-Focused Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). My clients describe my style as empathic, authentic, and straightforward. Above all, my goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you can feel encouraged and empowered—not only as a mother, but as the multifaceted individual you are.
