Motherhood is often portrayed as joyful and transformative, yet for many it can also feel overwhelming, disorienting, and isolating. If you find yourself questioning your identity, feeling emotionally depleted, or struggling to adjust to this transition, you are not alone—and these experiences deserve care and support. I come to this work as both a clinician and a mother who understands how much shifts when you enter this season of life. I know firsthand how isolating motherhood can be, and how powerful it is to have a space where you feel seen, supported, and able to show up as you are.

My professional background includes earning a PhD in social work and spending years as a hospice social worker where I walked alongside individuals and families through grief, transition, and profound life change. That work deeply shaped how I understand parenthood—not only as a beginning, but a process that often includes loss, identity shifts, and redefinition.

I am especially passionate about supporting new mothers, working parents, and those navigating postpartum anxiety, parental burnout, major life transitions, and identity formation. My therapeutic style is warm and collaborative, grounded in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), strengths-based therapy, and solution-focused therapy. Together, we focus on building insight, practical coping tools, and self-compassion, while honoring your strengths and lived experience.

You deserve support during this chapter. You don’t have to do this alone. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you find your footing and reconnect with yourself.
