I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I am passionate about working with women on their journeys to pregnancy, during their adjustment to motherhood, and focusing on perinatal counseling & mental health overall.

As a mother myself, I experienced firsthand what a wild ride this time in life can be. It can be both an incredibly beautiful and special season and one of the most challenging and confusing times in life. It is often accompanied by many complex feelings that can be difficult to process and express. My experience during this season has only increased my passion for working with and supporting parents. My path to becoming pregnant has also greatly shaped the way I see motherhood and my ability to relate to those facing this challenge as well.

I began my career working in a hospital where I worked closely with new and expecting mothers. I spent time on the antepartum, postpartum and NICU units. I supported moms as they navigated challenges during their pregnancies, having babies in the NICU, the adjustment to motherhood, pregnancy loss, traumatic births, and overall perinatal counseling. I then transitioned to working in child welfare where I help families navigate grief and loss and work closely with children and parents who have experienced trauma. I have supported all types of families as they navigate changes in identity.

My goal is to collaborate with my clients and create a space that is non-judgmental and supportive. Operating from a strengths-based perspective, I am passionate about empowering others. I will meet you where you are and provide empathy and encouragement to help you during this journey. We can work together processing the changes and challenges that accompany motherhood and the journey to getting there.
