Jill is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and certified trauma-informed therapist who brings more than a decade of experience supporting individuals through life’s most meaningful and challenging transitions. With advanced training in polyvagal nerve trauma release, she integrates a strong mind–body framework into her work, helping clients understand how their nervous system, emotions, and lived experiences intersect.

Jill’s clinical style is warm, collaborative, and deeply compassionate. She believes that healing happens in relationship, and she strives to create a space where clients feel grounded, validated, and empowered to explore parts of themselves that may have long been overlooked. Her approach blends practical, evidence-based strategies with a gentle, calming presence—meeting clients exactly where they are.

Jill is passionate about supporting women across the full spectrum of the motherhood experience. She works with younger moms navigating identity shifts, overwhelm, postpartum adjustment, and the invisible load of early parenting. She also has a special interest in walking alongside women in perimenopause and menopause—helping them process hormonal changes, caregiving stress, relationship shifts, and the emotional complexity that often arises in midlife.

Throughout her work, Jill emphasizes resilience, self-understanding, and the power of re-connecting with oneself. She helps clients develop a deeper sense of safety in both their bodies and relationships, guiding them toward meaningful change and greater internal alignment.

Outside the therapy room, Jill enjoys fitness, yoga, cooking, traveling, and spending time with her four grown children—experiences that continually shape her appreciation for the evolving roles women hold across the lifespan.
