Postpartum Counseling for Dads and Partners can help if you are experiencing any challenges of early parenthood.
We work with dads or partners who have recently had a baby, or who are struggling with parenthood. We also work with men and partners who are supporting women with postpartum depression or anxiety. We work with men and partners struggling to conceive or who have experienced a miscarriage.
What a Session Surrounding Dad (or Partners) May Look Like:
Sessions are typically 45-55 minutes. Our first session will focus on things you are concerned about currently, as well as learning a little more about you. We will work together to determine goals and ways that therapy can help you move through your pregnancy being your best self.
