LCSW, PMH-C, Trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy

Becoming a parent changes everything—your identity, your relationships, and the way you move through the world. When the journey to parenthood looks different than expected, it can feel overwhelming, isolating, and unsettling. You may find yourself searching for ways to cope, heal, and reconnect with yourself during this transition.

You don’t have to navigate this alone. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and certified Perinatal Mental Health provider  (PMH-C), I am passionate about supporting individuals and couples through all stages of parenthood. I specialize in fertility challenges, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs), maternal rage, postpartum adjustment, and the transition of bringing home a new baby.

Because every path is different, I prioritize a warm, client-centered approach rather than a one-size-fits-all model. I incorporate evidence-based practices to create personalized treatment plans that support meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to help you feel supported, understood, and more like yourself again.

Outside of my practice, I enjoy running—whether training for a marathon or keeping up with my three children—and spending time at my local library.
