Ready To Get Started On Your Journey?

Sessions are typically 45-55 minutes long and done from the comfort of your own home. Our therapists are comfortable discussing all things all things parenting young toddlers and children, managing multiple kids, mental health, and more. Our first session will discuss how you have been feeling lately, and we will learn a little more about you. We will then work together to create a plan to help you start feeling better. You are welcome to have your baby with you during your session.

Signs You Might Benefit from Counseling:

  • Relationship Strain: Strained relationships, especially with partners or family members, can lead to chronic stress and frustration, contributing to episodes of mom rage.
  • Negative Self-Image: Low self-esteem or self-worth can contribute to feelings of inadequacy and frustration, leading individuals to seek counseling to work on building a more positive self-image.
  • Difficulty Managing Stress: Individuals who struggle with stress management might find it challenging to cope with the demands of parenting, leading to episodes of mom rage that counseling can help address.
  • Parenting Guilt: Feelings of guilt about parenting decisions or past actions can intensify anger, prompting individuals to seek counseling to work through these emotions and find resolution.
