Our identity shifts radically when we become a parent. This is a life stage full of big feelings, changing relationships with our selves and others, and new rhythms and responsibilities in our everyday lives. We need care and support to navigate these changes. I believe asking for that care and support is a strength.
As the mom of a vibrant toddler, I have deep empathy for other parents in all stages  of this journey. As a therapist, I bring a strengths-based, anti-oppressive, gentle approach to our work together. My guiding value is to join with you on your unique parenting path, and to support you in all your roles. I believe in therapy that affirms people’s identities including racial identity, gender identity, sexuality, bodily ability, bodily shape/size, cultural identity, religious beliefs, and more. My work has been in a community-based setting supporting children, adolescents, and families in addressing and healing from trauma, managing family system changes, dealing with grief/loss, and managing anxiety, depression, and anger.

My goal is to support you, whether it’s building skills to deal with the stresses of your day, addressing patterns to help you get un-stuck, nurturing your relationship with yourself or others, or helping you be mindful and present in the meaningful life you’re creating.

Let’s talk about where you want to go, and how to get there.
