Pregnancy is one of the most intimate and vulnerable experiences for
women and a couple. A moment when we may expect things to be
amazing or uncomplicated based on what we have heard from others
around us. The shattering experience it can lead for us when our
journey is faced with fertility challenges, pregnancy losses, infertility
related losses and birth trauma can leave us feeling isolated and lost. As a bilingual therapist, I meet my clients with an abundance of empathy and compassion, and join them in their journey. This may look like someone simply to listen, help process the countless decisions one must make during fertility treatments, or the complex psychological and emotional impact of their journey.

My own journey of infertility followed by early and late pregnancy
losses and subsequent birth trauma has afforded me unique insight in
working through these challenges. I know what it can be like to feel
isolated within your social circle, to feel conflicted with your partner on decisions regarding infertility and having to work through them, and to struggle with disenfranchised grief because of multiple pregnancy and fertility losses. Today I am a mom of a rainbow baby, and I am attuned to parenting after loss, and the various emotions that come with motherhood after fertility struggles.

My work with clients consists of use of evidence-based practices such as Emotionally Focused Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Person Centered Therapy. As a bilingual therapist, my goal with every client I work with is to create a unique therapeutic approach, centered on helping you feel heard, validated and seen within your pain and unique experiences.
